Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully review and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
  • Ensure all content strictly follows company-wide style guide and brand tone.
  • Verify technical terminology and accuracy across all documentation.
  • Check for formatting consistency, including fonts, headings, and bullet points.
  • Perform final quality reviews before content publication or distribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for written accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, digital-first environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with standard style guides and professional editing practices.
  • Strong understanding of tech or SaaS industry terminology.
  • Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence) for tracking changes.
