Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Email Support Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, providing comprehensive resolutions, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails promptly with accurate, professional, and empathetic solutions.
  • Resolve complex issues by researching internal documentation and collaborating with departments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions within our ticketing system.
  • Ensure all responses adhere to company quality standards and response time targets.
  • Escalate high-priority tickets to appropriate senior teams when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Impeccable written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of email tickets while maintaining quality.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in email support or a similar non-voice support environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM/Ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong ability to simplify complex information for customer understanding.
