# Data Analyst (Remote – Full-Time)

## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team, effective 21/07/2026. If you are passionate about interpreting data, uncovering insights, and driving data-informed decision-making, we would love to hear from you. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.

## Key Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
* Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and metrics.
* Perform statistical analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various reporting platforms.
* Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency.

## Required Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
* Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
* Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.

## Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
* Familiarity with big data technologies or ETL processes.
* Experience in conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA).
