Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team, effective 21/07/2026. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle—from design and architecture to deployment and maintenance. We are looking for a proactive developer who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You will play a crucial role in building robust, user-centric applications that drive our company’s growth while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and security.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor junior team members.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
* Ensure robust security and data integrity throughout the stack.
* Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve development workflows.
* Engage in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
* Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database management.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
* Understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
