Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, documented, and testable code that adheres to industry best practices.
Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and permanent solutions.
Contribute to the refinement of CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and engineering trends to propose innovative improvements to our tech stack.
Work with cloud infrastructure to manage scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Mentor junior engineers and interns to foster an environment of continuous technical learning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in backend development (e.g., Python, Java, Golang, or C#).
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals.
Demonstrated experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a fully remote environment.
Freshers with strong academic technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply; we prioritize passion, aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Vue.js).
Experience working with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
Understanding of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools.
