Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and validate sophisticated neural network architectures for diverse applications.
- Develop and maintain highly scalable data pipelines for massive model training sets.
- Optimize model performance for production deployment, focusing on latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into robust end-user applications.
- Perform cutting-edge research in fields such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative modeling.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in training processes, model instability, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in peer code reviews and architectural planning to maintain rigorous engineering standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal MLOps workflows, automated training frameworks, and testing suites.
- Research and implement new deep learning techniques to stay at the absolute forefront of the field.
- Document model design, technical specifications, and research findings for knowledge dissemination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Solid understanding of linear algebra, optimization, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with advanced deep learning architectures, such as Transformers, CNNs, or Diffusion Models.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for building AI that transforms industries.
- Freshers with strong academic foundations in deep learning or exceptional project portfolios are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale distributed training (Horovod, DeepSpeed).
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Familiarity with model deployment and optimization (Triton, ONNX, TensorRT).
- Experience with database management, big data tools, and efficient data processing workflows.
