Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and validate neural networks and machine learning models for diverse use cases.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Optimize model performance for production deployment, focusing on latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into end-user applications.
  • Perform cutting-edge research in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in training processes, model drift, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and architectural planning to maintain engineering standards and model quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal MLOps workflows, automated training, and testing frameworks.
  • Research and implement new AI architecture and techniques to stay at the forefront of the field.
  • Document model design, technical specifications, and research findings for knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
  • Experience with deep learning architectures, such as Transformers or CNNs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for building AI that impacts users globally.
  • Freshers with strong academic foundations in machine learning or impressive project portfolios are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD for AI).
  • Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Familiarity with distributed training and model deployment (Triton, ONNX).
  • Experience with database management, big data tools, and data processing workflows.
