Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a research-driven UX Designer to create seamless, intuitive digital experiences. In this remote, full-time role, you will be the advocate for our users, translating insights into workflows and interfaces that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and interviews to uncover pain points and user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, information architecture, and site maps for complex applications.
  • Create interactive prototypes to test design solutions with stakeholders and users.
  • Perform usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate for improvement.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys to ensure a smooth and intuitive experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating evidence-based design thinking and UX methods.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Axure).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, digital-first environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of human-centered design and accessibility standards.
  • Experience in bridging user research insights with technical implementation.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
