Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a visionary UI Designer to shape our digital product experiences. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user interfaces that bridge the gap between user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design clean, intuitive, and modern user interfaces for our software platforms.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on interface designs.
  • Maintain and scale comprehensive design systems for cross-platform consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI components.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design for web or mobile apps.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) to ease developer hand-off.
  • Experience with user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
