Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a precise and skilled Technical Writer to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation. In this remote, full-time role, you will create documentation that empowers our users and engineering teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our software products.
  • Draft and update comprehensive user manuals and installation guides.
  • Document complex APIs and technical specifications for developers.
  • Maintain and organize internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into clear guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) documentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with documentation tools like Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, coding principles, and developer workflows.
  • High attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical jargon.
