Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a data-driven SEM Specialist to take charge of our paid search efforts. In this remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-impact PPC campaigns that deliver qualified leads and maximize our advertising ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform paid search strategies (Google Ads, Bing, etc.).
  • Conduct deep keyword research and match-type analysis to maximize relevance.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily advertising spend and campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation.
  • Perform rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, extensions, and audience targeting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid search accounts with significant budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a professional remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel for performance tracking and data manipulation.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and third-party PPC management tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset focused on driving tangible business outcomes.
