Role Overview

We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time remote opportunity available to candidates located anywhere within the United States. We are looking for a developer who is passionate about building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using React.js while collaborating effectively in a remote-first environment.

As a React.js Developer, you will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to build high-quality user interfaces, integrate RESTful APIs, optimize application performance, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to enterprise-grade web applications while working with modern frontend technologies and Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with distributed teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest React.js ecosystem, JavaScript standards, and frontend development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience developing web applications using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience using Git and GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, Jest, Cypress, or other frontend testing frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote engineering teams across different time zones.
