Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Executive to partner with our clients and ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their lifecycle, from initial onboarding to long-term success and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless start.
  • Drive product adoption by proactively engaging with users to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage account health by monitoring usage and addressing potential churn risks.
  • Gather and share valuable customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
  • Resolve strategic client issues by collaborating across internal departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a tech/SaaS firm.
  • Ability to analyze data to understand customer trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience using CRM software and customer success platforms.
