Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive our partnership growth strategies. In this remote position, you will be instrumental in managing affiliate networks, optimizing campaign performance, and fostering long-term relationships with key industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard high-potential affiliate partners to grow the company ecosystem.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and relationship building with active affiliates.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize ROI and suggest strategic improvements.
  • Create and distribute engaging promotional content and assets for partner usage.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and performance target alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for partner negotiation.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience or internship in affiliate or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CPS).
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
