Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing Executive to build and manage our affiliate marketing network. You will be responsible for scouting, recruiting, and nurturing partnerships that drive traffic and conversions, helping us reach new audiences through performance-based channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates to our partner network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued partnership.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze referral traffic, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Manage the timely process of partner payouts and performance reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote role.
- Basic proficiency with digital marketing tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience or internships in affiliate marketing or network management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach to tracking performance and finding growth opportunities.
