## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a talented Python Developer to join our growing development team, effective 21/07/2026. Whether you are an experienced developer or a professional with strong Python expertise and a passion for building scalable backend systems, we would love to hear from you. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining high-performance, robust Python-based applications.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Python.
* Design, implement, and maintain RESTful web services and APIs using frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
* Manage and optimize database interactions and data processing workflows.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
* Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor team members.
## Required Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Python and popular frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask).
* Proven experience in building scalable backend applications.
* Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (Celery, RabbitMQ).
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks (PyTest).
* Understanding of API security standards and microservices architecture.
