Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert security architectural and strategic guidance to a portfolio of high-growth clients.
• Conduct comprehensive enterprise risk assessments to identify business and technical security gaps.
• Lead complex compliance projects, including SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA readiness programs.
• Develop tailored security mitigation roadmaps and defensive strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Deliver detailed threat landscape and risk mitigation reports to executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with client technical stakeholders to implement secure infrastructure improvements.
• Facilitate security awareness sessions and policy development workshops for client organizations.
• Stay current on global regulatory requirements and industry-leading security frameworks.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and communications across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Document advisory findings, strategic recommendations, and technical hardening steps for client handover.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Solid understanding of network security, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and application security fundamentals.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business-aligned security outcomes.
• Freshers with high aptitude, strong academic performance in IT/Security, or relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Prior experience in a technical consulting, business analysis, or audit role.
• Experience with GRC tools and automated compliance management platforms.
• Deep knowledge of specific industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Experience in drafting and implementing corporate-wide information security policies.
