Role Overview
ChainCore Innovations is looking for a pioneer, highly analytical, and technically brilliant Blockchain Developer to join our remote-first engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and auditing decentralized systems, smart contracts, and blockchain protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure, efficient smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) with intuitive user interfaces.
- Audit existing protocol codebases for security vulnerabilities, logic flaws, and gas optimization.
- Collaborate with cryptographers and backend engineers to integrate blockchain logic with existing systems.
- Stay updated on layer-1 and layer-2 scaling solutions, consensus mechanisms, and new protocol standards.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in distributed environments through testing and formal verification.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure top-tier security and engineering standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development, testing, and deployment frameworks.
- Research and implement new blockchain technologies (ZK-proofs, L2s) to enhance system performance.
- Document smart contract architecture, protocol specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in at least one blockchain-native language (Solidity, Rust, or Go).
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS).
- Experience with decentralized application development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Brownie).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a deep passion for building in the decentralized web (web3).
- Freshers with strong research experience, hackathon participation, or academic projects in blockchain are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with smart contract security best practices and formal verification tools.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and NFT architecture.
- Understanding of web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries for frontend integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and blockchain infrastructure providers (Infura, Alchemy).
- Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) or cross-chain messaging protocols.
