Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the engine behind our growth. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to define requirements, source diverse candidate pools, conduct thorough assessments, and negotiate offers. Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requirement scoping to candidate onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build sustainable and diverse candidate pipelines using advanced search techniques, networking, and professional platforms.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market conditions and interview best practices.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct deep-dive interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a high-touch, transparent, and professional experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Track and provide actionable insights into talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to our recruitment workflows and ATS utilization.
  • Offer Management: Lead offer presentations and negotiations, focusing on competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Data Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates.
  • Employer Branding: Represent Anikaay Integration in the market, showcasing our culture and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
  • High degree of professional integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in scaling technical teams in a remote-first organization.
  • Advanced understanding of various interview methodologies (e.g., behavioral, case-based).
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven recruitment mindset.
