Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a detailed Export Executive to handle our international trade and shipping documentation. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all export shipments are compliant with international trade regulations, coordinating effectively with freight forwarders, and ensuring that our global distribution runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage comprehensive export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Liaise with customs brokers to expedite clearance processes for international shipments.
• Track all export milestones and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and shipping management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an export/import environment is a major advantage.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working in a remote-first setup.
