Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly organized Logistics Executive to manage the day-to-day flow of our supply chain and distribution processes. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining logistics records, and coordinating with carriers to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage essential transport documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Coordinate daily operations with third-party freight carriers and logistics partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve transit delays or delivery discrepancies.
• Analyze logistics performance reports to support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of transportation networks and logistics workflows.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience or internship in logistics, transport planning, or warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-volume data tracking.
• Comfortable working independently within a remote professional setting.
