Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a digital-first Warehouse Executive to manage our inventory coordination and operational data. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing digital inventory systems, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring our warehouse-related documentation is perfectly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track digital inventory records to ensure real-time accuracy.
  • Coordinate with physical warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor dispatch status and ensure timely updates in the management system.
  • Analyze warehouse storage data and prepare performance reports for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote professional environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous internship or work experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
  • Familiarity with digital warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and streamline tracking processes.
