Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our internal processes and project teams. In this remote, full-time role, you will be the central point of contact for operational activities, ensuring tasks are tracked, teams remain aligned, and administrative operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and track task completion across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear and effective internal communication regarding operational updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and records.
- Monitor team output and support the resolution of administrative bottlenecks.
- Support the management team in day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
- Clear, proactive communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus.
- Ability to handle documentation and data tracking with high accuracy.
- Capability to function efficiently and independently in a remote-first team environment.
