Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a professional Recruitment Consultant to drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this remote, full-time role, you will partner with various departments to understand their hiring needs, source top-tier candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to secure the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful offer closure.
  • Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Provide expert advisory to hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders to enhance our employer brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment consulting or corporate talent acquisition role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools and recruitment technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep expertise in specialized recruitment (Technical, Leadership, or Niche roles).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
  • High level of professional integrity and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
