## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI innovation team, effective 21/07/2026. If you are passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs), creative problem solving, and optimizing interactions with generative AI, we would love to hear from you. You will play a vital role in crafting, testing, and refining prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of our AI-driven applications.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for various LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.).
* Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable prompt templates.
* Conduct rigorous evaluation and benchmarking of prompt responses.
* Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate optimized prompts into production workflows.
* Keep up to date with the latest advancements in LLM capabilities and prompting techniques.
* Document best practices for prompt engineering across the team.
## Required Qualifications
* Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and prompting strategies (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot).
* Strong analytical and communication skills to clearly define objectives.
* Experience with AI APIs and playground environments (e.g., OpenAI API, Anthropic Console).
* Proficiency in Python or general scripting to automate prompt testing.
* Creative mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and iterate based on model output.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
## Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with LangChain or similar prompt orchestration frameworks.
* Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
* Understanding of basic evaluation metrics and fine-tuning concepts.
