Role Overview

Lumina Product Labs is looking for a creative, data-driven, and user-focused Product Manager to join our remote-first team. In this full-time role, you will lead the evolution of our product portfolio, taking ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features that solve real problems for our users. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core software offerings.
  • Conduct deep-dive market and user research to identify opportunities for innovation and feature improvement.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, prioritized product backlogs and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven product decisions.
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies with cross-functional leadership.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure our product remains market-leading and user-centric.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment regarding project priorities, resource constraints, and development trade-offs.
  • Drive a culture of iterative experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specs, release notes, and technical workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence teams and present to executive leadership.
  • Experience with product management frameworks, Agile/Scrum processes, and software development lifecycles.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fully remote work setting.
  • A user-first mindset with a passion for designing experiences that delight customers.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.
  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds in tech or business are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship and support.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with product discovery and UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Hotjar).
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Proven ability to manage products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for emerging technology, AI/ML, and SaaS business models.
