Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Executive to manage our client invoicing and collections process. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely revenue realization, maintaining healthy customer account balances, and providing excellent support to our financial operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts to track payments and identify overdue balances.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure collections are processed on time.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and investigate any payment discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic receivable aging reports for management review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/invoicing software tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience or internship in accounts receivable, finance, or credit management.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed client records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting collection targets.
