Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a bridge between top-tier technical talent and our hiring needs. You will not just fill positions; you will consult with hiring managers to understand their business challenges and proactively source talent that aligns with our organizational objectives. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, manage candidate relationships, and utilize data to improve our hiring metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Use advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and industry intelligence to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Consultative Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
  • Talent Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessing both technical fit and alignment with Anikaay’s core values.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust, diverse, and sustainable pipeline of candidates for mission-critical roles.
  • Market Intel: Provide insights into market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies to help leadership refine our approach.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage offer presentations, handle candidate negotiations, and close senior-level roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with leadership regarding hiring velocity, quality-of-hire, and recruitment roadblocks.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring transparency and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report on key recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement in our hiring operations.
  • Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for Anikaay Integration, promoting our culture and value proposition in the talent market.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, consulting, or talent acquisition (Tech recruitment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the talent landscape and proactive sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced technical environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using advanced LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical talent markets and industry-specific hiring patterns.
  • Certification in Recruitment or related human capital disciplines.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of high-priority technical roles simultaneously.
