Role Overview
As our HR Business Partner, you will be deeply involved in the business’s success by aligning HR strategies with corporate goals. You will provide expert guidance to leadership and employees, oversee talent management, lead performance improvement initiatives, and champion our unique organizational culture. Your role is both strategic and operational, requiring you to think big while managing day-to-day HR requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with department leads to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead key initiatives for talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Performance Management: Facilitate annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles and provide coaching for high-impact feedback.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management for complex employee relations, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational Culture: Drive initiatives that foster engagement, inclusivity, and a high-performance culture within our remote workforce.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and talent quality to leadership.
- Change Management: Lead organizational changes, providing support and communication to ensure seamless transitions.
- HR Policy Strategy: Design and refine HR policies to ensure they remain modern, competitive, and compliant.
- Training & Development: Identify gaps in leadership and soft skills and coordinate targeted training interventions.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach managers on effective leadership, team management, and talent growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering or related strategic HR roles.
- Strong understanding of business operations and how HR impacts the bottom line.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Deep commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced technical environment.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance in India.
- Experience with performance management platforms and HR analytics.
- Certification in HR, Leadership Coaching, or Organizational Development.
- Track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational projects.
