Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our logistics vehicle operations. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for maximizing fleet efficiency, managing maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and driving cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize fleet utilization and route efficiency to improve logistics performance.
• Develop and manage vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure full compliance with transport safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track and control operational expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs.
• Analyze fleet performance data to generate actionable insights for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of vehicle maintenance life cycles and logistics planning.
• Ability to lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills suited for a remote-first management role.
