Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a proactive and strategic Vendor Manager to oversee our network of partners and suppliers. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, and optimizing vendor performance to drive overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors.
• Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms to ensure competitive value.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on predefined metrics.
• Proactively identify and resolve contract issues or service delivery discrepancies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard new, high-quality vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or procurement leadership.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in contract management and supplier performance analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Analytical mindset capable of leveraging data to drive vendor strategy.
• Experience working within a remote or distributed organizational structure.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor accounts simultaneously.
