Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze monthly variance reports to identify trends and explain financial performance.

• Collaborate with department heads to support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, CA/CFA (preferred), or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present them clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Understanding of market trends and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
