Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will be the core of our financial strategy and planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for various departments.
  • Management Reporting: Create high-impact dashboards and executive reports to communicate financial performance to leadership.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, project profitability, and capital allocation strategies.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the highest level of data integrity in all financial reports and modeling tools.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize cost structures and revenue growth.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct industry analysis and benchmarking to ensure Anikaay remains competitive.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve financial analysis frameworks to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, complex formulas, VBA/Macros).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple analytical projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with financial software (ERP/CPM tools like SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
