Role Overview

CodeFlow Innovations is seeking a talented, creative, and highly motivated Software Developer to join our remote-first engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that solve complex technical problems for our clients. Whether you are a seasoned engineer or a passionate fresher with a strong foundation in computer science, we provide a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment where your skills will be sharpened and your contributions directly impact our product success. You will work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to build scalable, maintainable, and robust systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in accordance with company standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain scalable features for our core software applications.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers in a remote team setting.
• Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring high performance and security of all deliverables.
• Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into functional, reliable code.
• Document code changes and system architectures for internal maintenance and future updates.
• Research and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve existing workflows.
• Work closely with QA teams to develop automated tests and ensure seamless release cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining productivity with minimal supervision.
• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds in programming are encouraged to apply; we prioritize aptitude, passion, and the desire to learn.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern frontend or backend frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data management practices.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira workflows.
