Role Overview

PyCore Innovations is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Python Developer to join our remote engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems. You will work on a variety of data-driven projects, utilizing the power of Python to build efficient, secure, and scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, testable, and reusable Python code.
• Build and optimize scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and manage database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features seamlessly into our software platform.
• Debug and resolve backend-specific technical issues through systematic troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards and facilitate team-wide knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal coding practices and development workflows.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of server-side infrastructure (CI/CD).
• Monitor server-side performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency.
• Collaborate on documentation for system architecture, internal APIs, and data workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python development, including familiarity with its core libraries and data structures.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, and server-side logic.
• Experience working with relational (SQL) or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to a remote, distributed team environment.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or robust portfolio projects are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Unittest).
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multi-threading in Python.
