Role Overview

As our Learning and Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and tracking of training programs that drive performance and personal development across the organization. You will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate workshops, and serve as a key resource for employees looking to expand their skill sets. This role is perfect for a highly communicative, detail-oriented individual looking to start or grow a career in L&D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Manage the scheduling, logistics, and communication for all internal training and development workshops.
  • Skill Gap Analysis: Assist in identifying training needs across various departments to align development with business goals.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the daily operations, user management, and content organization within our Learning Management System.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Coordinate virtual classroom setups, materials, and participant engagement for training sessions.
  • Training Effectiveness: Gather and analyze feedback surveys and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs.
  • Resource Development: Support the creation of training collateral, guides, and e-learning resources.
  • Vendor Liaison: Assist in coordinating with external training partners and speakers for specialized workshops.
  • Onboarding Training: Support the execution of the new-hire learning curriculum to ensure a smooth transition into our company.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training participation, completion rates, and certifications.
  • Communication: Promote learning opportunities across internal channels to increase employee engagement with development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; previous L&D or coordination experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High proficiency in using virtual collaboration and meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training streams simultaneously.
  • A passion for continuous learning and personal development.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentation materials (Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced technology organization.
