Role Overview

We are searching for an innovative and highly technical Blockchain Developer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be architecting and deploying smart contracts, building decentralized applications (dApps), and contributing to the evolution of Web3 infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and deploy secure smart contracts on major blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
• Develop and maintain end-to-end decentralized applications (dApps) with intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimize blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms for speed, scalability, and gas efficiency.
• Perform rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments of smart contract code to prevent exploits.
• Integrate crypto-wallets and decentralized identity solutions into platform user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to bridge Web2 applications with Web3/blockchain components.
• Stay current on the latest blockchain research, cryptographic standards, and ecosystem trends to maintain our competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Expert-level proficiency in Solidity and common development frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie).
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed systems, and cryptographic principles.
• Proven experience in building dApps and interacting with blockchain nodes/APIs.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fully remote environment, showcasing strong self-management and team communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with layer-2 scaling solutions (Rollups, Sidechains) and cross-chain bridging technologies.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
• Experience with peer-to-peer (P2P) network architecture and consensus protocols.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or deep participation in Web3 developer communities.
• Prior experience or successful internships in blockchain engineering or software security.
