Procure to Pay - AP Accountant

Job Description

Michelin runs this Accounts Payable desk end to end from Pune: the job mission is invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation and payment execution, working inside group policies, internal controls and reporting timelines. The posting asks for 1 to 4 years of relevant AP experience and a B.Com or M.Com, which matches a certified SAP FI associate with a couple of years of invoice and vendor reconciliation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and within the agreed timelines.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payment runs and respond to supplier queries.
• Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable processes, internal controls and group policies.
• Apply Accounts Payable, procure-to-pay, vendor management and ERP knowledge to daily work, with a willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• B.Com or M.Com, preferably with relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in invoice processing and vendor management.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
