Finance Executive

Job Description

Bakuun Holdings is hiring a Finance Executive in Pune for finance operations across multiple entities. The role processes vendor invoices from receipt to posting, issues client invoices and chases collections, keeps ageing reports and payment schedules, and maintains an audit-ready record set across entities and service providers. The posting asks for 2-4 years with hands-on AP and AR and proficiency in Xero, Zoho Books or Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt to posting, verifying entity details, documents, payment terms and approvals.
• Issue client invoices, track outstanding payments and flag overdue balances.
• Maintain ageing reports and payment schedules in Excel.
• Keep an audit-ready record set across entities, agreements, invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate with corporate service providers and internal teams on compliance deadlines.
• Escalate slippage early and keep every open action's status current.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years in finance operations or accounting with hands-on invoice processing.
• Practical AP and AR experience including invoice verification and collections follow-up.
• Working proficiency with Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo or equivalent, plus Excel.
• Clear written and spoken English for international vendors.
