Accountant - Order to Cash

Job Description

Selections HR Services is recruiting an Order to Cash Accountant in Pune at a budget of 5.5 lakh per annum. The role runs O2C end to end: customer orders, invoicing and credit notes, cash application against open invoices, AR monitoring, collections follow-up, deductions and disputes, and ageing reports. The posting asks for 2-5 years and a B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance, which matches a two-year AP/AR accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash and cash application activities.
• Process customer orders and validate order details.
• Perform customer invoicing, billing and credit note processing.
• Apply cash and allocate payments against open invoices.
• Monitor AR balances, follow up overdue invoices and manage collections.
• Prepare ageing reports, reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in order to cash or accounts receivable.
• Understanding of cash application and ageing analysis.
• Immediate to 15 days notice preferred.
