Executive - SAP Finance

Job Description

UPL is hiring an Executive for SAP Finance in Pune. The role supports SAP FICO business processes across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost and Profit Centre Accounting and profitability analysis, including company code, chart of accounts, fiscal year and posting period settings and the MM/FI-CO and SD/FI-CO integration points. The posting asks for 2-3 years of SAP finance business process experience, which is the closest match on the board to a certified SAP S/4HANA FI associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP FICO business processes across GL, Fixed Assets, AP, AR and Cost and Profit Centre Accounting.
• Maintain company codes, chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting period variants, document types and number ranges.
• Configure and support cost centres, profit centres, internal orders and allocation cycles.
• Deliver assigned SAP FICO enhancements on time and to a high quality standard.
• Achieve SLA compliance for incident and service request resolution, keeping ticket reopen rates low.
• Support stable month-end and year-end financial closing.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with SAP finance business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a finance discipline.
• Working knowledge of the MM/FI-CO and SD/FI-CO integration points.
• Exposure to General Ledger, Fixed Assets, AP, AR and cost and profit centre accounting.
