Analyst Accounts Payable

Job Description

Medline, a global medical products manufacturer, is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst in Pune. The role sits on the control side of AP: reading automated audit output from Gold Prairie and SAP, clearing duplicate payment prevention reports before disbursement, testing reporting integrity, reconciling key accounts and reducing invoice and debit aging. The posting asks for at least two years of auditing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and act on results from automated audit software covering SAP AP.
• Review duplicate payment prevention reports before payments are released.
• Perform random tests to confirm reporting integrity.
• Reconcile key accounts and analyse account balances.
• Reduce invoice and debit aging and improve escalation and reporting controls.
• Work with Finance, Inventory Management and Information Services on AP transaction processing.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of auditing or accounts payable control experience.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP AP transactions.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
• Comfort documenting controls and training material.
