Job Description

Manitowoc is hiring an Accountant in Pune for an accounts payable and month-end role that runs on SAP MIRO. The posting names the same work a certified SAP S/4HANA FI associate does day to day: domestic and import invoice booking with custom MIRO, transport and expense claims, vendor reconciliation and balance confirmations, GRIR and intercompany reconciliation at month end, and invoice record keeping for audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Book domestic and import supplier invoices, including custom MIRO and transport bills.
• Process travel and expense claims against the travel policy.
• Reconcile vendor balances and confirm supplier statements.
• Run month-end activity including GRIR reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation.
• Maintain invoice records and support audit activity.
• Adhere to internal control guidelines and escalate deviations.

Required Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience including invoice booking and vendor reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SAP MIRO or comparable invoice matching in an ERP.
• Understanding of GRIR and intercompany reconciliation at month end.
• Attention to detail on invoice records and internal controls.
