Role Overview

NetCore Innovations is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled .NET Developer to join our remote-first engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using .NET (Core/5+) and C#.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional, well-structured code.
• Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful API solutions.
• Manage and optimize database schemas and queries using Entity Framework or similar ORMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and improve product usability.
• Debug and resolve backend-specific technical issues through rigorous troubleshooting.
• Participate actively in code reviews to uphold engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and implement new .NET technologies and frameworks to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in C# and deep knowledge of the .NET framework ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software development fundamentals.
• Experience with relational database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of API security best practices, including OAuth and JWT authentication.
• Experience with front-end integration (Blazor, Angular, or React).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit).
