Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Executive to help foster a culture of continuous growth. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and curate online learning resources.

• Perform skill-gap analyses to identify development priorities across teams.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in training content creation and instructional design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern adult learning methodologies and e-learning trends.
• Proficiency in creating digital learning materials (e.g., video, slide decks, interactive modules).
