Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with our overall business objectives. In this remote, full-time role, you will work closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and high-performance culture across our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to manage organizational design, development, and workforce planning.
  • Lead comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
  • Foster a culture of high engagement and inclusion through targeted employee relations and feedback strategies.
  • Provide expert advisory to management on complex employee relations and performance matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role within a scaling organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR actions.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in change management and organizational culture transformation.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven HR metrics and analytical reporting.
  • Successful track record of working effectively in remote or hybrid global environments.
