We empower people to drive results through clear ownership and metrics. Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accounting team at Labelbox. In this role, we are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual that can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Senior Accounting Manager. Your Day to Day • Work closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics • Work with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections • Review Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments • Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue • Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online • Create and streamline billing and collections processes • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports • Assisting in general financial management and analysis • Assist accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations About You • At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred). • General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred • Experience with end to end Accounts Receivable. • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices. • Experience with ERP systems (particularly Quickbooks Online, and SaaSOptics) preferred. • Software/SaaS billing experience • Ability to work with sales team and educate them on company account receivable policies • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and lookups), is necessary. • Superior organizational, teamwork, and time management skills. • A commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail. • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity. • Ability to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner. • Ability to utilize strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills. • Comfortable with deadlines and thrives on achieving continued completion of them.
