Key Responsibilities

• This role exists because we believe the future of design is fundamentally agentic. You're not here to use AI as a productivity tool - you're here to redesign the entire practice of design itself. Part engineer, part designer, part systems architect, entirely at the frontier.
• Set the new standard : Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows. Build remarkable things, show them to the team.
• Build the stack : Ship projects that progressively automate the design process - from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
• Enable the org : Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end - independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
• Find the friction : Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
• Stay ahead : Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby - as a core job function
• You are an Ideal fit, if you are
• Top percentile in AI × Design : You apply AI to product design workflows better than almost anyone and have at least 4 - 6 years of core product design experience.
• Credible designer and builder : You have taste and you ship. Both matter equally here.
• Exceptional communicator : Whether 1:1 or to a group - you make complex ideas land simply.
• Systems thinker : You solve entire classes of problems, not individual tasks.
• Obsessively curious : Dissatisfied with what exists. Energised by what's next.
