- ● 8+ years in product design, including 3+ years directly managing designers, with evidence of helping people grow and perform
- ● A portfolio showing complex products shipped, your leadership contribution, and the customer or business outcomes achieved
- ● Strong product judgment, taste, and care for detail. You can explain what needs to improve and help a team get there
- ● Experience shaping priorities with product and engineering leaders and making clear tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
- ● Systems thinking and experience building coherent experiences across products
- ● Practical use of AI in your design workflow and comfort with Figma, interactive prototypes, and technical conversations with engineers
- ● Clear communication and the ability to influence across teams, resolve disagreements, and connect design decisions to user needs
